Hydrians live in the Sunken City, an underwater city that spans a huge area of the ocean. They can live and breathe underwater without issue and are sometimes even stronger when underwater. Due to this they generally prefer to battle underwater if needed, but they are still deadly on land.
They are great tradesmen who base their economy on the vast riches of the sea. Given this, it is common to find a high number of Hydrian pirates, as they are accustomed to the sea and know that there is much to gain from the trades of ocean products.

Living in the depths of the ocean, Hydrians are built to function under water without needing help from other sources and can speak to the inhabitants of the seas.
Hydrians don’t get penalties from being in water, and can speak with the ocean’s wildlife.
